Longview Capital Likes P/C Insurers: Here’s Why [Exclusive]

Springview Capital Management returned 8% gross and 6.5% net for the fourth quarter, bringing its full-year 2023 return to 18.9% gross and 15.3% net. For comparison, the S&P 500 rose 11.7% in the fourth quarter for a full-year return of 26.3%.

Relative to the index, Springview's net return was off 5.2% for the fourth quarter and down 11% for the full year. Since its inception in January 2022, Springview Capital has returned 15.2% gross and 10% net with compound annual growth rates of 7.3% and 4.9%, respectively.

Meanwhile, the S&P 500 has returned 3.4% since Springview's inception with a compound annual growth...
