For the third quarter, Southpoint Capital was up 7.5%, compared to the S&P 500's 8.9% gain, the Russell 2000's 4.9% gain, and the HFRI Equity Hedge Index's 6% gain. On a year-to-date basis, Southpoint Capital is up 12.1%, outperforming the S&P, Russell 2000 and HFRI Equity Hedge Index.
