Coca-Cola’s buyout by 3G Capital?

Earlier this year when David Winters, CEO of Wintergreen Asset Management, advanced the notion that a buyout of The Coca-Cola Company (NYSE:KO) by 3G Capital and Warren Buffett, it was generally dismissed in the media and even by Buffett himself.

But today the idea is being actively considered, which raises an old Winter’s concern.
