Where Are All The Big Tech Stocks On The 13Fs For Q3?

Most of the time, it's easy to spot trends within hedge funds' quarterly 13F filings, but things were different in the third quarter. One of the easiest trends to spot has been tech stocks, but this time around, there was relatively little movement in tech names.

Rising And Falling Stars In Tech

Of course, that doesn't mean there were no movements at all in technology, but Goldman Sachs' Hedge Fund Trend Monitor for the third quarter shows just how little activity there was within technology. Only three tech names were in the top 10 of the firm's "Rising Stars" list of the stocks with the largest increases in the number of hedge funds holding them, and they were all fintech names.
