Before the elections, there was talk that Treasury Secretary Steven Mnuchin and House Speaker Nancy Pelosi would be more constructive on getting a deal for stimulus finalized after the elections. Now the elections are over, and there is still no deal. That doesn't mean there won't be one before Joe Biden enters the White House in January.
