Oil traders and investors around the world will be watching headlines from Doha, Qatar this weekend as OPEC meets to discuss a potential deal to freeze crude output at January levels.
The meeting, which is set for Sunday, 17 April, is notable because it will be attended by OPEC members as well as other major producers such as Russia.
