South Korea has experienced a relatively dramatic rise in income disparity over the past few decades. As the South Korean parliament voted to impeach its President Park Geun-hye in a corruption scandal, and new elections are on the horizon, Korea needs to focus on the right issues, a Deutsche Bank report notes. And those issues are not entirely based on income inequality, the report concludes.
