Who are the best stock investors on Wall Street? Is it Paul Singer, Ray Dalio or Seth Klarman? It might not be who you think. Additionally, Sec employees might be more competent than we thought. A new study from professors at Columbia University and Arizona State University notes that it is employees of the Securities and Exchange Commission that have the most consistent record of beating the market. Do they have an informational advantage? Or is the issue more based on a forced policy?
