Bruce Berkowitz’s Fairholme Capital Management, LLC revealed in its latest 13D filing that the hedge fund boosted its stakes in Sears Holdings Corp by 4.18% to 27,516,248 shares.

In its Schedule 13D/A disclosure filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on December 18^th, the hedge fund unveiled that it now owns 25.8% of Sears Holdings Corp.
