The hype over the cell phone stock trading platform Robinhood, which does not charge trading commissions, continues, as the company is launching immediate access to trade customer funds.

Typically when an investor sends a funds transfer to a brokerage account, it can take from three to five days for the asset transfer to clear before trading can commence. Robinhood is eliminating this wait time through a new app called “Robinhood Instant,” which makes funding up to $1,000 immediately available for stock trading.
