14 November 2023 - London/New York - Pamplona Capital Management (“Pamplona”) announces that it is formally liquidating Pamplona Capital Partners III, L.P. (“Fund III”).
Fund III was one of the Pamplona funds with a sizeable participation from LetterOne and its liquidation is another significant step towards Pamplona’s previously announced plans for complete separation from LetterOne.
Following this liquidation, Pamplona has three remaining funds in which LetterOne has any participation. The process regarding complete separation remains ongoing and is substantially advanced.
