NASDAQ to Settle with Investors Tomorrow over Facebook IPO

FOX Business Network (FBN) Senior Correspondent Charlie Gasparino is reporting that NASDAQ OMX Group, Inc. (NASDAQ:NDAQ) is going to announce a settlement with investors who lost money on the Facebook Inc (NASDAQ:FB) IPO tomorrow. Sources tell Gasparino “they are going to pay more than the $13 million” and “maybe as high as $30 million."
