Lee Ainslie's Maverick Capital seems to be having relatively good 2020.

According to a copy of the firm's April performance tearsheet, which ValueWalk has been able to review, Maverick's Hedged Equity strategy gained 12.1% gross in April. Following his performance, for the year to the end of April, the fund is down just -2.5%.

According to hedge fund research firm HFR, the average fund was down 7% for the year to the end of April.
