Bronte Capital founder John Hempton is not afraid to speak his mind, particularly on Twitter.

Over the past few years, Bill Ackman has been one of his favorite targets, criticising the activist hedge fund manager for his positions in Valeant and Herbalife. He even went so far as to question the way Ackman's hedge fund, Pershing Square reports performance and asked regulators to release documents about a probe carried out against Pershing over Herbalife.
