Move over Warren Buffett, Koch Equity Development likes your business model. The Koch Brothers might have a slightly different political philosophy than the more liberal Buffett ((and are outright Nazis according to an expert on the Kochs (although not related to Erich Koch)) - and 1930s German history, Whitney Tilson)) , but their investing strategy is right out of the Buffett long-term play book.

Charles and David Koch, each worth near $53.4 billion, are the world’s fifth wealthiest individuals, according to the Bloomberg Billionaires Index. The pair made their fortune in energy. But it is their private equity business, Koch Equity Development, is becoming increasingly active.
