Buy The Dip or sell the rip, that is the debate of two big banks today. Last week Bank of America Merrill Lynch were net buyers of equities, “buying on the dip,” a strategy that can be as difficult as catching a falling knife as if those positions were held, this week they are likely negative on a marked to the market basis.
