GT Advanced Technologies Inc On Path To Settle With Apple Inc.

GT Advanced Technologies Inc (OTCMKTS:GTATQ), the supplier to Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s iPhone 6 which recently declared bankruptcy in an odd and surprising move, may have its hands full in court with the computer giant.  While the smaller supplier to Apple said it could “ultimately succeed” in court, and says that it could win “various causes of action against Apple, including actions rooted in the Bankruptcy Code and breach of contract claims,” it looks like a settlement is in the offing.
