German Corporates At Risk From China Credit Bubble!

There have been many beneficiaries of China’s rise from a developing economy to the world’s second-largest economic superpower over the past decade, but according to a new report from Astellon Capital Partners, there’s one country that’s benefitted more than most.

Astellon’s research shows that German corporates have been the primary beneficiaries China’s economic expansion since the great financial crisis. Thanks to China’s credit-induced demand growth, China’s share of German net exports is up 200% since the financial crisis, and German corporates have enjoyed superior earnings growth as a result.
