Buy Side Trade Desks Budgets Finally Increase, But Robots Taking Human Bonuses

The professional trading community has reached an “equilibrium,” at least for now. According to a recent Greenwich Associates first quarter investor spending report, buy-side trading room budgets are, likewise, finding their center and have up-ticked slightly. But while spending has moved higher, how that money is being spent is changing, which human bonus pools are receiving less of the pie.
