One-time “bond king” Bill Gross plans to finish his career managing money not people and will be pulling back on the use of complex derivatives in his new position at Denver-based Janus Capital Group Inc (NYSE:JNS).

Gone is Chairman, Chief Executive and President title, a recent Barron’s piece noted, replaced on the business card with a simple title: “Bill Gross, Portfolio Manager.”
