Gap Between Best And Worst Performing Hedge Funds Hits 68.9% In 2020

According to data compiled by hedge fund data group HFR, the gap between the top and bottom performing hedge funds hit the highest level in 2020 for 11 years.

The data shows that for the 12 months to the end of November, the gap between the top and bottom performing deciles hit 68.9 percentage points, the most significant difference since 2009.

The average performance of the top 10% of hedge funds: 49%.
