Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s late founder Steve Jobs will testify in court today in a $1 billion anti-trust case.

Apple violated antitrust laws to maintain a monopoly

Video testimony of Jobs, recorded six months before he passed, will be admitted in evidence in an Oakland, CA court today. Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is on trial for in a class action lawsuit that claims it violated antitrust laws and tried to maintain a monopoly. The company is specifically being charged that it forced customers into iTunes to purchase music, according to a Bloomberg report.
