Allergan Unredacted Emails To Refute Ackman Claims

The voluminous number of emails and official documents showing private conversations between Allergan, Inc. (NYSE:AGN) executives and outside consultants, to be public in court tomorrow, were unredacted by Allergan with the goal to refute claims by Pershing Square’s Bill Ackman, a source with direct involvement in the situation said.

Allergan emails do not put out false information

Allergan, Inc. (NYSE:AGN) made the decision to release the load of documents because it shows “there is nothing in the emails that shows Allergan put out false information,” the source told ValueWalk.  Multiple claims made by Ackman in particular are called into questions by the release of the documents.
