The Voss Value Fund was up 8.1% net for the fourth quarter following gains of 2.93%, 0.93% and 4.02% net for October, November and December, respectively. The Russell 2000 was up 9.9% for the fourth quarter, while the S&P 500 gained 9.1% for the quarter.

GrubHub short

In their fourth-quarter letter to investors, which was reviewed by ValueWalk, the Voss Capital team highlighted their new core short position of GrubHub. The stick plunged 44% from $59 to $33 after the company reported its third-quarter earnings.
