The strategy's managers are on the lookout for closed-end funds trading at deep discounts.

According to a copy of the firm's latest investor presentation, which ValueWalk has been able to review, the average discount closed-end funds are trading at right now is 2.2%.

However, Saba's traders have been able to pick up funds at an average discount of 9% on recent purchases.
