Morgan Stanley’s Omni Fund Was Flat For The First Quarter After Mixed Strategy Results [Exclusive]

Morgan Stanley's Riverview Omni Fund Series C was roughly flat for the first quarter, coming in at 0.47% following a loss of 1.24% in January, a gain of 1.8% in February, and a decline of 0.07% in March. Series E returns were similar, at -1.28% for January, 1.73% for February, and -0.1% for March, for a first-quarter return of 0.33%.

The Morgan Stanley fund has a net asset value of $908.3 million with 20 underlying trading teams, including 14 long/ short fundamental equities teams, five quant teams, and what the firm called a "central trading layer."
