Moon Capital's Moon Capital Global Equity Partners Fund managed to beat the market in the fourth quarter of 2018, returning 3.1% net for investors. In comparison, the S&P 500 declined -13.5%, MSCI ACWI declined -12.8%, MSCI EM declined -7.5%.
