Dan Roller's Maran Partners fund returned 3.3% net of all fees and expenses in the fourth quarter of 2021. For the full year as a whole, the fund returned 53.2%.

Over the past five years, the partnership has produced an annualized return of 22.3% after fees and expenses.

According to a copy of the firm's fourth-quarter and full-year letter, which ValueWalk has been able to review, the fund's top stock holdings produced strong returns last year, and event-driven special situation trades helped add additional percentage points of performance.
