Led By Mangrove, Einhorn’s Greenlight Masters Posts A Double-Digit Return For The First Half [Exclusive]

David Einhorn's Greenlight Masters funds were up 10.1% net for the first half of 2021, compared to the S&P 500's 15.2% return. The Greenlight Masters team said that overall, they are pleased with the first-half result and that their managers' performance ranged widely from 40.4% to -3.4%.

Sixteen of Greenlight's 20 managers delivered a double-digit return for the first half of the year, and six of them generated a return of more than 20%. The Greenlight Masters team said their managers greatly benefited from success in their core positions and mostly avoided the meme stock mania and related volatility.
