Hound Partners Short Book Helps Lift Fund To 23.4% Return In H1

Hound Partners returned 23.35% gross and 18.32% net for the first half of the year with gains on both the long and short side. The long equity portfolio gained 19.5% gross, while the short equity portfolio gained 4.93% net. The firm's Long fund gained 20.76% gross and 19.93% net, while the Concentrated fund gained 20.86% gross and 20.03% net.
