Dov Gertzulin’s DG Value Partners returned approximately 9.1% in the quarter ending June 30, according to a copy of the firm’s second-quarter letter, which ValueWalk has been able to review.

DG Value Partners has two main strategies. The Legacy strategy, which focuses on event-driven value opportunities in the middle market segment, and alongside this, there is the Concentrated class, which seeks to achieve 20% gross annualized returns by investing in a concentrated co-investment style strategy.

For the year to the end of July, the Legacy strategy returned 19.8%, while the Concentrated class returned 32.8%.
