Dov Gertzulin's DG Capital Management's flagship fund, the DG Value Partners II, LP Class A strategy, returned -5.27% net for the month of January.

Meanwhile, according to a copy of the firm's latest investor update, which ValueWalk has been able to review, the Class C shares returned -8.84% net.

DG Capital's assets under management totaled $509 million at the end of January, split across two main strategies.

The flagship Value Partners II Class A strategy (71% of AUM) and the Class C strategy (22% of AUM), which uses a more concentrated approach seeking to achieve a 20% per annum gross return with a core portfolio of eight to ten holdings.
