According to a copy of the fund's end-of-year tearsheet, the Delbrook Resource Opportunities Master Fund returned 48% in 2021, which ValueWalk has been able to review.

The fund, which portfolio manager Matthew Zabloski manages, runs an equity long/short investment strategy focused exclusively on the metals and mining sector.

Since its inception in September 2018, the fund has produced a cumulative return for its investors of 409.8% compared to 39.4% for its benchmark, the SPDR S&P Metals & Mining ETF. The fund has achieved a Sharpe ratio of 2.3 and a standard deviation of 7.8% compared to 0.3 and 10.3% respectively for the index.
