Chilton Adds 20.8%, Sees Value In Diversified REITs

According to a copy of the firm's monthly investor update, Chilton Capital Management's REIT composite returned 4.3% in June, which ValueWalk has been able to review.

The composite has returned 20.8% net of fees for the year to the end of June following this performance.

Over the same period, the firm's benchmark, the MSCI US REIT Index (RMZ), produced a total return of 21.8%. In the second quarter, the Chilton REIT Composite outperformed the benchmark by delivering a total return of 13.6% net of fees and 13.7% gross of fees.
