Black Bear Value Fund update for the month ended September 30, 2022.

Dear Partners and Friends,

  • Black Bear Value Fund, LP (the “Fund”) returned -2.4%, net, in September and +0.7% for 2022.
  • The HFRI returned -5.7% in September and -13.6% for 2022.
  • The S&P 500 returned -8.0% in September and is -22.9% for 2022.
