- Black Bear Value Fund, LP (the “Fund”) returned +9.1%, net, in February and is +10.2%, net, for the year.
- The HFRI returned +6.4% in February and is +7.9% for the year.
- The S&P 500 returned +2.8% in February and is +1.7% for the year.
K-1's should be sent shortly and we do not expect a need for extensions on our behalf.
