When looking for attractive value investments around the world, the last place that comes to mind is China. Chinese equities are renowned around the world for, instability and above all fraud. These three downfalls are all enough to put off even the most adventurous value investors purely because if you can’t trust the numbers, how you supposed to invest with any sort of fundamental analysis?

Furthermore, Chinese policymakers can’t seem to keep their hands away from the market and continue to tinker with equity trading in an attempt to reduce volatility. Unfortunately, this state intervention is only reducing the attractiveness of Chinese equities.
