SVN Capital, the value-focused hedge fund managed by Shree Viswanathan, lost 27.4% net of all expenses in the first half of 2022.

Despite the firm’s focus on deeply undervalued equities with cash-rich balance sheets, it has not been able to escape the broader equity market selloff. However, despite the losses, the fund manager remains optimistic that his value-focused approach will yield results in the long run.
