The S&P 500 will hit 3,500 based on historic trends according to Bank of America's November Equity Strategy update. The update, sent to the bank's equity clients and reviewed by ValueWalk concludes that if current trends persist, the S&P 500 could produce a compound annual return of 8% per annum for investors over the next decade.
What's more, the bank's analysis suggests that equities will continue to outperform all other asset classes for the next twelve months, and value-orientated investment strategies should finally start to outperform growth.
