Rich Pzena of Pzena Investment Management is doing what he loves to do. In fact, he has always had an interest in investing, just like his father. In an interview with Raul Panganiban of ValueWalk, Pzena said the financial markets were always a focus of conversation at home when he was growing up.

"The markets were always a dinnertime topic of conversation in my house," he said. "My father was always bought, he could be, he could make a million dollars somehow in the stock market. He was an engineer. And his dream was to do that. And so I heard about it my whole life. And watched some of the ups and downs of an, I'll say, a novice, but a novice with a passion for it."
