Paul Lountzis founded Lountzis Asset Management, LLC in October 2000 after leaving Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb Inc, where he was employed as an analyst from 1990 through 1999 and was promoted to partner in 1995. Before joining Ruane, Cunniff & Goldfarb Inc, which is best-known for its Sequoia fund, Lountzis worked for Chuck Royce helping him hunt for value in the small-cap universe.
