Olesen Outperforms By Focusing On Deep Value

The Olesen Value Fund lost 0.5% in the third quarter of 2022, bringing its year-to-date return to -12.6%, substantially better than the -21.6% loss for the MSCI All-Country World Index over the same period.

Since its inception, the fund has returned 447% on on a cumulative basis or 13.1% annualized compared to 268% and 9.9% for its benchmark.

The fund’s founder Christian Olesen, CFA follows a disciplined value investing philosophy, which is applied opportunistically across geographies, market caps and industries.
