Marc Cohodes – Jim Grant’s Fall 2016 Investing Conference took place in New York City earlier this week and, as usual, the conference threw off plenty of interesting investment ideas for investors to digest.
At the conference famous short seller Marc Cohodes, the former managing general partner at Copper River Management (one of the largest hedge funds in the world) and now California chicken farmer revisited the cases for why he’s short Valeant Pharmaceuticals Inc., The Intertain Group Ltd., Concordia International Corp., and Home Capital Group Inc. Cohodes also unveiled a new short position in Equitable Group Inc., a Toronto-based provider of mortgage financing.
