Legendary long / short relative value investor Joel Greenblatt, head of Gotham Asset Management, thinks his long investment in Apple Computer could turn out like Blackberry, which flopped from 50% market share in 2007 to near 1% today. Greenblatt, perhaps one of the least concentrated major fund managers in existence today, might not be sure about his investment in Apple, per se, but the basket of stocks in which Apple falls is likely to deliver significant returns.
