Chase Coleman was one of the notable disciples of Julian Robertson the founder of Tiger Management. He and several other Roberson protegees including John Griffin and Andreas Halvorsen became known as Tiger Cubs. Robertson helped them to build their investment career, making them some of the most successful hedge fund managers in the market.
Like many colleagues from the alternative investment sector, Coleman followed the beaten path and decided to redirect some of his hard-earned money into the Chase and Stephanie Coleman Foundation, managed by his wife Stephanie and himself.
The goals of the foundation is to help the distressed communities through programs enabling them to get better education, healthcare, and other community bringing together actions.
