At the 2022 Invest for Kids Conference, Scott Ferguson of Sachem Head Capital Management offered his thesis for Lanxess, a German chemical company. Now sporting a €3 billion market capitalization, Lanxess was formed from the spinoff of the chemicals division and parts of Bayer's polymers business.
