The fight between hedge fund manager Carl Icahn and the local Atlantic City union representing casino workers is heating up yet again. After workers represented by Local 54 of UNITE-HERE, representing nearly 1,100 bartenders, bellmen and other workers at the bankrupt Trump Taj Mahal, hand delivered a letter to Trump blasting him over benefit cuts and other concessions to keep the casino open, Carl Icahn fired back at the union, calling the pension fund a “Ponzi scheme” and “a black hole.”
