In 2022, the stock markets peaked on the first trading day of the year and then plummeted, never again approaching that high point the rest of the year. The S&P 500 ended the year down 18.11%, while the Russell 2000 plunged 20.44%, and the Russell 2000 Value Index ticked down 14.48%.
As a result, it was a challenging year to uncover any winners at all.
Like the rest of the market, Adam Wyden had a difficult year in 2022 as well, losing 45.97%, only his third yearly loss since inception in 2011 and the worst of the three losses.
