Chase, PA, a former SEC Enforcement Prosecutor, formed a strategic co-counsel alliance and successfully guided their client through a multi-year investigation into an alleged sophisticated securities manipulation scheme. The SEC’s enforcement action exceeded $75 million in sanctions.
