Crispin Odey’s flagship hedge fund, Odey European, returned 1.7% in January. After this performance, the fund has yielded 107.2% over the past 12 months, outperforming its benchmark, the MSCI Daily TR Europe Index, by 107.3%. The index returned -0.2% over the year. In 2022, the fund returned 151.2%. Over the past three years, Odey’s fund has chalked up one of the best track records in the hedge fund industry. It has returned 208% over the past three years.
